Dave keeps his yard spotless, cranes out any size of boat with total skill and puts them down light as a feather. He lives on site so year round 24 hour security is provided free of charge. His fees are very reasonable and a more picturesque spot you won't find on the East Coast. He runs a tight ship but has a great sense of humour.
