        Worst agency ever! The property I live in is managed by Concord and the agents Jamie Cundall and Ricardo Rivas are the worst! They dont answer your calls. They dont turn up the heating and leave you to freeze in winter days! All they care is making money out of you. Its been days since I begged them to turn up the heating, but they just dont care! Worst agency ever! Avoid if possible!
