Currently mid-paying out a car. They lure you in with a lovely car and a pretentious sales team who make it sound great but massively overestimate the cost of the vehicles. They did not make me aware of any interest rate prior to this. Currently stuck with a car I love however, are charging me a stupid amount for it. I have a Astra echo flex that was manufactured in 2014 and want 8000+ for it. It already came with 80 thousand miles on the clock, a dead battery, awfully ran down tyres and faulty lights. I had to go out of my own way to pay for the replacement parts costing me over double in my first month. They also allow clients to set they're own prices which is shocking as they could ask back any interest rate without even questioning the sellers price. It's a joke I messaged them explaining my issues and they insisted they can do nothing about it which is a load of bull. The car was manufactured between 2008-2020 which falls into the diesel emissions claim scheme. I made them aware of this and chose to ignore me after I made them aware. Do not follow in my footsteps, Do not use this company. ----------- Reply: No paperwork was given to me, a gentleman dropped of the car with no paperwork... I do not know the lender, you do. I have signed nothing regarding the car.

Bought a car from deans autos after my old car failed the MOT drastically turned out the person I bought my old car off had had a dodgy MOT done previously before selling it to me so needed a new car asap and John couldnt have been more helpful in finding me my new car, he answered any questions I had, sent me a few cars to choose from and even helped me sort the finance out for it to, and he wasnt at all pushy like most car dealers are. They car I bought was spotless inside and out and had a full MOT done before I collected it to, the person that was there when I collected the car even gave me directions to the nearest petrol station to. I would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them to all my friends and family without hesitation. I love my new car and thank you again for all the help
