Swift Solid Fuels

I've used Swift Solid Fuels several times in the past during which I've had no issues. I recently placed an order with instructions not to deliver on certain days. I later received a text advising of my order being delivered the following day which was one of the days to avoid. I replied advising of this to which my phone rang, it being Swift Solid Fuels. I advised why that day wasn't convenient to which the individual on the phone spoke in a patronising arrogant manner ..... with deep sighs he stated it would be next week which would of been fine but due to the arrogant obnoxious attitude I cancelled the order immediately at which point he laughed.... his attitude towards customers on this occasion beggers believe.

Good quality logs packed well. Driver delivered them into my garage despite my gravel drive - a great job. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Very tightly packed kiln dried logs thus giving you plenty of fuel for your needs. Great service with pallet unloaded and taken inside my garage. I would recommend. Greg
