        The most horrendous customer service, went in for help/advice with my poorly child and got told to google it by a woman that didnt even turn around to acknowledge me. Vile

        Rude staff, unprofessional and data protection is literally zero. Forcing me to disclose personal information to get a my Flu jab when had proof from NHS that I was eligible. The doctors also confirmed that this was the case. That I was not required to disclose personal information. Hannah did not provide good customer service on 18/10/22. And my children have been failed by them on previous occasions and out of date medication. Managed to get booked in straight away at another provider without any issue.

        Brilliant attitude and great customer service. Delivered night nurse to the outside of my car door in the car park because Im covid positive and couldnt get anyone to help at the time. A massive thank you. I may actually get some sleep tonight :)
