Absolutely shocking service, unable to get an appointment, had to explain the same thing at least three times to the receptionist. Absolutely no understanding of patient care or compassion. Im appalled at the way this practice treats its patients.

Total lack of service if ever able to get through in the phone. I dont want to discuss my medical issues with a receptionist. The practice manager apparently can not be spoken to unless I complete the formal Complaint procedure. Pathetic. Emails are not responded to. Complaints are ignored. Call 111 or go to A&E is great advice. This surgery is not fit for purpose. Dr Britten has been excellent. The past four years have been a total waste of time being registered here. There are some very good staff taking calls whom are clearly in a terrible position being constantly failed by their employer.

It's not easy making appointments and u don't know who your seeing couldn't tell u the name my doctor all different now

Spoke with a lovely receptionist this morning and she gave 100% trying to help me with a specific problem. May I say Thankyou for this . Unfortunately didnt get her name .
