        Order was shipped 11 days ago, still not here! No tracking, dont even know which company its been sent with. Emailed them and no response. Avoid.

        Don't know where on earth my order is, got an email today saying, "we hope you are enjoying your order" when it hasn't even arrived, I don't have a tracking number, no idea who it is coming with and quite frankly I think its just ridiculous. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE MORE ORGANISED. Someone said it comes through DPD. In my order I selected. Zone A XL Standard - 1-10 days Been 10 days and hasn't arrived. Spent almost 20. I do not recommend this business unless I get a reason and a response within the next 72 hours. I have also sent an email
