Millstone

We've owned Millstone salt and pepper grinders (shaped like chess pieces) for over 15 years. In recent times the salt grinder had stopped working. I contacted Mark at Millstone and asked if the salt grinder mechanism could be repaired or replaced. No problem send it to us. Within a week my salt mill has been returned all fixed with a new mechanism. And Mark very kindly said there would be no charge. Exceptional customer service and wonderful products

I'm so glad to found two very special salt and pepper mills with a fantastical look, grinding and feel. I searched trough the european WEB for month for something handmade like that. The delivery to Germany was fine, even since Brexit can cause a little fee, which I knew and totally worth it. Thanks for the lovely product and contact.

We were given a King and Queen pepper and salt mill set as a present in about 2000, they have been well loved and extremely well used. Sadly, being so well used, they ceased to function. Knowing that they have a lifetime guarantee, I contacted the company to ask for advice. Following an email conversation with Mark, I packed them up and sent them off. A week later they have come back to me, in full working order. It is so special to know that our tired cruet has returned to us, ready to live for another 20 years! What a fantastic service from MIllstone - thank you and thank you also for designing such aesthetically beautiful objects that are also made to last.

I bought two Bishop salt and pepper grinders last week. They are beautiful made and look extremely elegant on the dinner table. The grinder mechanism is superb, much better than any other I have purchased previously. As a bonus it is great to buy a top quality product from a British company. Thank you.

These salt and pepper mills performed superbly since we bought them back in 1989 and would've continued so to do, had I not intervened with a spot of maintenance! I discovered that the company were still going strong and one telephone call with Mark and an email later, I received the spare parts free of charge including a new brass top which they no longer manufacture! I cant thank them enough.Great company, great products, great service.
