We recently had a radiator leak in our office. This left carpet tiles looking very soiled soiled in the entrance area. Adrian came and assessed the nature of the problem. I was very impressed by the depth of his technical grasp of the issue and the time he took to explain what he was proposing to do and why simple steam cleaning will not work. On the basis of his explanation, I gave him the go ahead to rectify the problem. He came on Saturday, to minimise the disruption to the office work during the week and the result is great.! From start to finish the service provided by Adrian and Anna was nothing but professional yet incredibly friendly. All responses from Anna were prompt and clear, she even took a call from me when I unknowingly rang her on holiday. Both times when Adrian come out to us, first to quote and then to undertake the work he was bang on time. Adrian clearly has a wealth of knowledge and was more than happy to talk us through all of our options. I definitely felt like he was giving us honest input and not just trying upsell, in fact he even talked me out of having my hallway cleaned and provided me with a cheaper solution. Most importantly the work was completed in good time, to an excellent standard and everything was left tidy. I would definitely recommend and use Sheen Cleaning Services again. I called Sheen carpet repair services in to repair a patch of carpet which had become worn away due to my recliner rubbing on the carpet on its way up and down over a period of time. I sent a website enquiry and within 24 hours had a response and quickly arranged a date for the repair. Adrian is the master of his trade in carpet repair and trains people around the country in carpet repair. Luckily I had a cut off of the the carpet and 1 hour later there was a seamless repair of the carpet. You honestly can't tell that there was ever any damage there. I would highly recommend this friendly family run business.
