Very pleased with our visits.. We got a new puppy and joined donaldsons VIP club, we were made welcome and all staff are friendly.. Vet thoroughly checked over our pup, gave us tablets, explained when to give them etc and asked us to make another appointment.. Which was easy to do at front desk.. We now go regularly to have weight and nails clipped.. Staff always make a fuse of our puppy..

Cannot fault any of the service and staff. Wouldnt use any other vet.

Been taking our pets to Donaldsons for almost 50 years. Will not entertain going anywhere else. Fabulous service and always patient and kind with all our pets. Absolutely dedicated to doing the best for animals.

Booked an appointment for a routine consultation for our dog and arrived promptly for the appointment. After almost an hour sat waiting we approached the receptionist and were advised that the vet was dealing with an emergency and they were running late. Whilst I fully accept that an emergency must take priority over everything else, the courteous thing to have done would have been to advise us when we booked in that they were running late, rather than leave us sitting there for almost an hour without saying a word to us.
