Over the past 6 months I have been having 1:1 coaching with Adrian. Even given the current situation with Covid, he has been adaptable and supportive with our sessions. Over the course of the sessions I had coaching on areas that I wished to develop whilst also focusing on anything of interest that happened between our sessions. Myself, Adrian and colleagues have noticed improvements in areas that we have worked on over this time. Adrian has been professional, personal and trustworthy in our sessions, if in the future I needed any further coaching I would not hesitate to get back in touch.

Adrian was recommended to us, as we were looking for a business coach/mentor to help support and advise us on our business journey.
