        The lady spoke poor English which caused her to misunderstand and get my order wrong, which wasnt a problem as mistakes happen. I politely rang up to explain the mistake that had been made and the lady got defensive and shouted down the phone over me. Extremely rude and shocking how I got spoken to over a mistake made on their part. Disgusting customer service.

        Ordered from here whilst passing got a 8 piece bucket with fries to share had to wait 20 mins for the chicken on opening the box everything was swimming in grease the chicken had no taste had no flavour at all and the chips were chunky oven chips don't waste your money it was one of the worst takeaway meals I've ever had .
