        I have been in touch prior to ordering some metal gates and the response was great and helpful. The production phase was quick but a mistake did take place, so the gates that I did receive were not as I was expecting. Fearing the worst I've written to the company and explained the issue. What followed was a complete involvement and great effort to put wrong right from Calder Gates. The final product was high quality and precision made. Though this was not a totally seamless experience, I am still very happy with the result and especially with the company owner's involvement to put thing wring. I am fully aware that solving the issue was not cheap and did involve large profit hit. Still, it is how one addresses the problem which counts a much as a problem free transaction in the first place. Well recommended!
