Inconsiderate parking blocking path so pushchair couldnt get past. Ample parking just a few metres away where the wider road would have avoided this issue.

We had our Conservatory/extension old windows and front door replaced. Great customer service from start to finish. Very helpful, friendly and good service from everyone at Visual. Good quality on the product. Would definitely recommend to others! *****+

Initial impression was good. Tidy workers and good communication following the installation of a solid conservatory roof. The end result looks good but doesn't perform as well as I was led to believe. Insulation qualities don't seem to be that good as recent snow melted very quickly compare to neighbours with similar roofs. Haven't been able to use the room all winter. 10k wasted. Wouldn't recommend.

From initial survey to completion all work was carried out efficiently, Professionally and on time with no hidden costs. The workmen were polite and friendly and got on with their work and cleaned up at the end of each day taking away any rubbish relating to the job including old fittings. The office team kept in touch throughout the build which was lovely to see that they cared. I am very impressed with the end result, this has now allowed us to use a room all year round instead of just in the summer. I am very happy with the service that visual provided. And will definitely use again and recommend to all my friends and family.
