James (JRE Plumbing) fitted a boiler and did a complete bathroom refit for us last year. The work to fit the bathroom wasn't done in the timescale promised and we later found problems with his handiwork that we ended up getting another plumber in to rectify as we had lost confidence in James. We are now in the position, less than a year on, of having a poorly laid tiled floor replaced as it had cracked in several places through normal use. We also had an extractor fan fitted that he'd left venting into our loft! James has been contacted to inspect his handiwork but has not responded so it looks like we will be paying someone else to fix this also.

I had 2 new bathrooms fitted by James and both fitted poorly with poor pressure. After numerous false promises he never turned up and did not return messages or calls, in the end had to get another plumber to sort out even though I had already paid James.
