Highly recommend CJ Heating, phoned Christmas Eve at 5:15pm for a leak I had from the boiler, he arrived with in half an hour, fixed the leak and saved our Christmas. Very friendly service

Chris came round this morning to look at a leaky radiator, explained throughly the problem and went above and beyond. Was a great help also just explaining things for future use. Great company and would definitely recommend to anyone for their plumbing needs! Will definitely use again in future. Thanks again CJ Heating!

We contacted this company after a family recommendation to remove a radiator, allow us a week to paint the wall, then return to fit a new radiator. We were given an estimate of around 200 to complete the job. The old one was removed in July and took no more than an hour. Since then we have been continually contacting them to call to finish the job and they called today. They were here for 4 hours and presented us with a bill for THREE HUNDRED & SIXTY POUNDS. A simple check online shows the usual time frame for such a job is one hour to remove then two hours to fit. We have been charged for SIX hours in total. On discussing this with them they reminded me that they said around 200. In which parallel universe is 360 around 200? They are sticking to their guns and are not prepared to lower this exorbitant bill to one more in keeping with the work they did and the price they quoted. I could not possibly recommend them but if anyone is daft enough to employ them then they MUST obtain a quote in writing before employing them. You have been warned. Just for the avoidance of doubt when I say they I am referring to the company. It was only one man with me acting as his labourer. I had a further discussion this morning (15 September) with the company with a view to negotiating on the payment for the work undertaken above. We have agreed a figure acceptable to both sides. Just to avoid any doubt I do not have any complaint with the work they did for me and my review is only concerning the discrepancy between the estimate and the invoice price. I would still say get something in writing before they start the job and if you are happy with that price then I have no doubt, based on my experience, you would be satisfied with their work.
