Purchasing our property was quite stressful at times but SnowGate were so helpful. They kept in touch throughout and had far more information about the chain than our own estate agents did. From the viewings with Emma and Oliver to all the correspondence with Brenda, they were so supportive throughout, even resolving issues on moving day for us. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. They always rang back, always had all the information we needed and were so helpful and reassuring when things went wrong.

Having attempted 2 purchases and receiving a poor level of customer service from 2 other estate agents, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with SnowGate. Their communication was excellent, they kept us up to date throughout the process and at times provided more information than our conveyancer. They were quick to respond to queries and ensured a clear dialogue between us and the vendors. From the first viewing until completion we felt like SnowGate certainly cared about us as their customers and we would certainly recommend them to others. At the start of our house moving journey we had SnowGate provide a valuation survey of our sale property. We really appreciated the open and honest approach.
