        From reception to customer services, everyone was friendly, helpful and went beyond the call of duty to resolve my issue (not caused by them). The product I purchased is much better than I even expected so happy on all counts, thank you!

        Bought a 15 tog slumberdown duvet that had a few holes in the size of a 5p piece. Complained through Pay Pal but had to pay to return the item. Out of pocket through no fault of my own. Unfair returns policy. Be careful!

        Avoid working for these at all cost they treat staff like a dog and expect everything to be perfect they put pressure on you until you break down there horrible people and stuck up if you want to keep perfect mental health avoid working for these people
