    I have been attending YourVision Fitness for nearly 2 years now, and i look forward to going each week. Josh knows his stuff, selects a good selection of exercises for us to do, increases our weights when he knows we can to push us to our full potential. I've noticed a big difference to my strength because of him.

    A very well-equipped local fitness/training facility for ladies of all ages, shapes and abilities! Going to the big/open space gym can be very daunting and intimidating (for me, at least), this one is quite the opposite - the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, and you dont feel like you have to keep up with anyone, just do the level that suits you best and at your own pace. Each session is different with a well put together selection of exercises, so you dont feel like youre doing the same thing over and over again, it just doesnt get boring. Josh is very friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and very accommodating - he tailors each exercise to your ability with a different set of weights or a slightly different technic to care for an old injury or a bad back. And hell definitely increase your weights if he sees you can push for more, thus motivating and encouraging you. And, as a bonus, you get to meet lots of friendly and like-minded ladies, who are very supportive of each other, and even become good friends!
