        Best gym in the mirfield / Brighouse area , staff are great and really get a good workout and knowledge whenever you go , highly recommend

        I have been a member of Primal 2 years now and it's ace. Couldn't do a handstand before I came to this gym. Now, and I am 59 years of age, I can hold a freestanding handstand for 30 seconds. I has also been taught other bodyweight skills. No other local gym can touch Primal and I know because I have tried them all.
