This is long overdue! This company goes above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. The quality of our kitchen island is outstanding. They stand by their products and upgraded drawer hinges for us free of charge while giving the unit a fresh coat of paint as well! On top of that they are just lovely people, and Paul, their delivery&assembly man is quite possibly the nicest man alive. Don't hesitate to do business with them.

A great company to deal with. The quality and finish of the product is perfect and as a result we are a repeat customer. Our clients are more than happy with the finished vanity units and they look stunning installed in our residential projects.

An absolute gem of a company! I stumbled across Parker Howley & Co on Instagram a good year ago and instantly fell in love with their bathroom vanity units. We were just getting started on an en suite project and I knew it would have to include one of these units! We picked out the Italian his & hers unit and I put it in the back of my mind for when we would be ready to purchase. Lady luck was on our side as the next day it turned out there was an Instagram quiz to win 25% off our chosen unit! I got to work researching and finding out the answers. The team were so fun and we had a great laugh during this stage. I eventually won the quiz and we began ordering and customising our unit. There was a slight glitch on the website affecting the pricing and the team were good enough to help out on a Sunday evening and follow up that Monday morning. I mention this glitch not as a downfall but to highlight the fact they resolved the issue and did so very quickly. The delivery of the unit was smooth with great communication via email to let us know when it would arrive and which method. The delivery guys were really helpful and friendly on the day. We waited months to unwrap our unit and this week we have finally gotten our dream en suite with the unit now all fitted. The plumbers commented on what fantastic quality it is too. We wanted to match up a freestanding bath tap to the sink taps and the team helped us with that too. We also needed some advice adjusting the unit drawers and I received a video on Instagram showing us how within hours - theyre just so quick and helpful. Overall Richard and the team have been perfect from day one. I cant fault them and its not often I say that! Im just sorry we cant buy more from them as they have been a delight to work with. I also wish to add that while I won a competition I have not been asked to write this review - I just needed to share what a fantastic company they are.

We're very pleased with the kitchen island we ordered. Measured and manufactured to fit through a tight doorway, finished in Stiffkey blue with a Silestone top, it is a lovely piece beautifully made and should last us many years. Well done to the PH team for their craftsmanship. Would recommend!!
