Dental Care Centre

This has been my dental practice for many years now, and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have received first class care and advice throughout my years at the practice. Mr Gupta cares about patients keeping their teeth for all their life. Professional and experienced dentistry. The provision of a dental hygienist is a very useful service, I find it keeps gum problems to a minimum. I recently had a hygienist appointment with Tutku she was quite thorough and took the time to ensure my teeth and gums were clean and descaled. Sound advice was given for continuing care at home.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PRACTISE Ive given 1 star as there was no option for 0 stars. Sadly my 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER missed 2 appointments due to 1 illness and 1 surprise holiday from my husband - and they kicked us off the NHS. I went back as a private patient..spent 300 on treatments- then missed a check up due to a night of sickness, even though I rang to inform them, they kicked us off the NHS again because I didnt give 24hours notice (not sure how I could have predicted that) This is soo bad. Also I'd advise you NOT to take your child to the Asian dentist.(Dr Gupta ?) On one appointment I heard a child in the next room screaming as he tried to extract a tooth - I also heard him telling the child to shut up among other equally harsh comments, he had no sympathy at all..it was very distressing to hear. Only good thing I can say is that Robert Crossley was excellent with my daughter when he pulled a tooth - what a shame he is associated with this terrible practise.
