First class service from K2 Surveyors. The report we have received from Phil has been instrumental in ensuring substandard roofing build works are addressed on our property where we have previously been going round in circles with our builder. It is technically thorough, quality of the pictures, and technical knowledge is outstanding. Our appointment and all comms were all timely and report delivered in the timeframe given. The inspection itself was very thorough and highlights where both build and design is wrong on our roof. We have problems with our build not been signed off by building inspector and didn't know where to go next with resolving this, until receiving our comprehensive report. I would not hesitate in recommending K2 for surveying.

Phil has been an absolute star in helping me sort out a problem with a large flat roof that has gone wrong. I was very worried that roofers would just cut holes and make changes without understanding the science, proper regulations and calculations. Phil has both the experience and a grasp of the numbers and calculations to make sure the real problem is identified. I could not recommend him more highly. Worth utilising his services before simply blindly making changes, which might not work.

We asked K2 Surveyors to carry out a detailed roof inspection of a property we were buying after concerns raised from a home-buyers survey. The report provided incredible detail with photos and notes that allowed us to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the property at the agreed price. K2 were excellent at communicating with us, our sellers and their estate agent to arrange everything quickly and hassle-free. Very happy with the service provided.
