Anita really helped me see through the mire that I was in and helped me rediscover who I am and reclaim that person again. She seemed to know what question to ask to get me thinking on the right lines. Anita is supportive and knowledgeable and empathic. I would highly recommend her.

I was having counselling with Anita when the lockdown started so we had to adapt and continue our sessions online with a video chat app, which was different at first but I got used to it after a couple of sessions. It was actually a lot more convenient to fit into my day that way, and in the comfort of my own room! I would absolutely recommend Anita, she has a very calming presence, she had a lot of knowledge about how childhood behaviour patterns might relate to my adult relationships with other people, and was able to guide me in the direction of realising things for myself as well as giving a fresh perspective on some things. She has a confident and genuine, down-to-earth approach and I felt safe and understood talking to her.

Anita has a fantastic tact and her knowledge is excellent. She has a great style and made me feel comfortable with our discussions. She has really helped me understand what I needed to know and how to get there. Highly recommended.
