Absolutely fantastic service. They were the only plumbers who put themselves out of their way 3days before Christmas as we were without heating, hot water and a cooker. Nobody else showed any care or consideration. Martyn and his team are faultless and made my family feel extremely well looked after. EXCELLENT service and competitive price. Particular acknowledgment to Martyn's brilliant team (Josh and Darren) who were professional, courteous, conscientious, clean and tidy. They were a pleasure to have on site and I would recommend this Company unreservedly. We wanted a Vaillant Advance Mastertech Installer to fit our replacement boiler in order to qualify for the extended warranty. We didn't know Martyn Williams Plumbing & Heating Ltd. even though they are based local to where we live. Martyn doesn't really use social media for advertising, so it was difficult to find any references for his work. However, his first impressions were of a knowledgeable professional who clearly put his Client's best interests at the forefront of his response. Sometimes you have to go with your gut feelings when engaging a new tradesman who you have never heard of before. We were absolutely right to have faith in our own gut because Martyn and his team achieved and surpassed our very high expectations and demands. This guy billed for the annual service immediately prior to our moving in. We had a problem with the central heating, so I called to get him to look at it and he said "he would send one of his lads". A week later nothing, so I called again and had to leave a message. The guy in my book can only be considered rude and unprofessional as he never came back to me. I eventually found a decent engineer, but this guy cost me unnecessary time in February when it was really cold, luckily we had an alternative heat source for the lounge.
