Banks Restaurant

My wife and I visited this evening, service was amazing, as was the food. This is definitely the best quality dining experience to be had on the island. Cant wait to go again.

We booked with family to celebrate an engagement, when booking the Restaurant didnt inform us there was going to be a bottomless brunch with a live singer.. what was meant to be a nice meal for us ended up us sitting in silence because we couldnt hear each other. The spaghetti bolognese on the lunch menu I wouldnt even feed to my dog. There seemed to be a lack of quality in all our meals maybe the bottomless brunch is where their focus was, both menus shouldnt have been offered at the same time or inform guest when booking.

Went to Banks for Bottomless Brunch. Such a great afternoon. Great value for money, lovely food and enough drinks. Good service and very friendly staff. There was even a singer there which made it all much more entertaining.

If I could give 100 stars I would. My partner and I have been talking about going for dinner at Banks since it reopened but because pretty much every restaurant we have been to recently the food and service has been awful so we were a bit hesitant. We should not have worried because from the moment we walked through the door we were met by the friendly Manager who was absolutely lovely and helpful, the food was exceptional; delicious, perfectly seasoned, beautifully presented and generous portions. We had the burger which was one of the best burgers I have ever tasted and shared a creme brulee (only because we were completely full from the main course but wanted to try because that and burgers give you a really good indication of how good food is at a restaurant). As well as wonderful staff and delicious food the ambience and decor was great too. Would thoroughly recommend.
