Unfortunately the glasses are incorrect. The glare on them makes them unusable, which I paid 20 for. The prescription is also wrong which was confirmed by specsavers on Saturday. So although my glasses are free like the lady kept pointing out, they dont suit my face, barely any choice in store, and unwearable. I did leave feedback on the person who did my appointment being rough and had a few emails from management asking me to pop back in and because I had nhs free glasses I shouldnt have felt mugged off like I did. Free or not, Ive never had issues with specsavers and to not be looked down on because I am a nhs patient. Im having to use my old glasses with my old prescription as the ones I have are unusable. I dont feel comfortable enough popping back in because of how the emails from the manager was. Will be sticking to specsavers in future, and now have to spend out 60+ on new glasses that actually I can wear.

One evening I had a flashing light sensation in one eye. I went to the local eye hospital waited until 2am in the A&E only to be told its probably nothing? The following day I called sheppey eye care as I'd had glasses from them before They were concerned and did all the necessary checks for an hour they found a very slightly detached retina. I had to go back to the hospital for laser treatment. Thanks to sheppey eye care for quick answers I mightve gone blind
