Well run and helpful but because it was put in place long before the expected housing development took shape, many of its service users drive to the centre and so the parking is inadequate. They consequently park on the road, taking up residents spaces. Additionally it was built on compulsory leased land that had been used for residents parking so more space's were sacrificed in an already poorly served area.
