House Estate & Letting Agents

I wouldnt recommend using these so called estate agents. My partner and I viewed a property and decided to go ahead. I disclosed my adverse credit history and was told there were ways around it. I wasnt aware of CCJs on my file and if I had known I would have disclosed these. They hadnt received my current landlord vetting forms back before being told it was a no. I challenged them and they said it was the landlord who wouldnt accept me or a guarantor. Classic case of BS and buck passing. It took a week of thinking we had a good chance to be let down. No response to many emails and phone calls either. If you want my advice. Use a proper reputable company to handle your property letting.

We recently bought a property through House and they were very helpful throughout the whole process! Lisa was very helpful and understanding with us and made sure we had all the information possible when available. We couldn't fault her service to us so thank you again for all of it!
