We were asked safety questions and given a red sticker for being on a blood thinner. The injection only took a moment and was painless.
I am very grateful to all the people helping to give inoculate us again.
Many thanks to you all x

The email address seems to be a shared email for the whole surgery, and relies on someone scanning the emails and placing them in a mailbox or folder for the dispensary to pickup. To be clear, I make it very obvious what I am asking for in the email subject line so not sure how they get missed.
So when I ask about my prescriptions, sometimes they have no clue as to what I am talking about, and I get looked at like I am the problem. No, it is your arcane processes! Either get better at filtering the emails or even better, provide a dedicated email address that is just for prescription requests that the dispensary will always be able to pickup directly.
The second issue is that some of the staff are quite rude, even when picking up prescriptions you get looked at as if you are something dragged in off their shoe.
