Ive worked with Kelly from 2 fronts One as a client and the other working alongside her for another client as StudioGB Photography, where I was commissioned to create a corporate video and business headshots so that they could be incorporated into the website design she was building. Id initially needed someone to look at my website page speed (I was concerned that it was affecting my SEO ranking factors and Kelly at the Website Surgery had been recommended to me. Id tried a few other website developers in the past but was never satisfied with their responses. Kelly provided me with a comprehensive report detailing the strengths and weaknesses of my website as well as several actions to take. Thankfully all were straightforward and Kelly guided me through the process resulting in an efficient website! We then worked together on a website build she was working on where the client needed business video and visual content embedded on the web pages. The communication from Kelly was clear and she kept me in the loop about the progress with the website build as well as providing the specifics on what she needed from me to complete the project. The whole process ran smoothly and the website is looking fantastic! In summary, its been an absolute pleasure working with Kelly. Shes an excellent website designer and web developer. Kelly was really helpful in improving my website, making it a better customer experience overall, adding a scheduler, analytics, cookie policy, t&cs and updating the contact form to reduce spam. I would definitely recommend her.
