        I attended the clinic last week for my IUD change. When I got to the clinic we discovered that my IUD had moved and it would be more difficult to remove. The lovely Dr there stayed on later than usual and saw me at the end of clinic to be able to remove it herself after the nurse felt uncomfortable handling it. All of the staff had an excellent bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They really valued my health and experience and pulled out all the stops to make sure I came away with the birth control I needed. Thank you.
