Really disappointed spent nearly 35 quid on 2 waffles and 2 milkshakes the waffles where freezing cold and milkshakes melted it arrived 30 minuets late better off making at home myself next time such a waste of money

Me and my family came here as a reward for me and my brother. We entered and my first impressions were that this was a very nice looking place, we sat down and as we have never been to Creams my mum asked how we should order. The waitress said that we should sit down and she would be over with a menu. We waited for 30 minutes, she walked past us multiple times but never came with a menu. In the end we decided to walk out and go buy some ice cream and pizza from the nearby Iceland store.
