I needed a minibus for a return transfer with several pickups for 6 adults & 3 children to Gatwick airport, and had researched many travel companies reviews before obtaining quotes. I couldn't find any reviews for Viktor Hire on Google so I just chanced it as they were a local company. Viktor Hire's price came in as one of my lowest quotes, and because they were a local company I chose to go with them. Me & my family wasn't disappointed by the level of service we received from Viktor Hire. Tracey handled my booking professionally, and was very thorough and reassuring. She had a great telephone manner, making her very easy to talk too. Our drivers welcomed us with a smile and were very helpful. The minibus was clean and had ample amount of space to cater for us all, including all our hold & cabin luggage plus two strollers. We were allowed to bring two car seats for our youngest members of the family, in which the driver ensured they were aboard the minibus for our return trip. Tracey knew our return flight had been delayed. She messaged me letting me know she was aware of the delay but reassured me that the driver will be still waiting for us. She also gave me our drivers name and contact details so I could contact him personally. Overall, by taking a chance with Viktor Hire it paid off. We were over the moon with the whole service they provided and we would highly recommend them to anybody needing a minibus. To everyone at Viktor Hire, thank you for your services & professionalism.
