        In September 2020, we commissioned Smiths Building Surveyors Ltd., to carry out an RICS HomeBuyer Report Survey on a 17th century property in a conservation area in Broadstairs, Kent. Not only was the survey report very professional and comprehensive, we benefitted from follow-up telephone calls with Russell Smith who gave us frank and unbiased guidance on a range of matters ranging from curing damp problems in the basement to how to manage risks and comply with rules governing changes to buildings in conservation areas. We cannot overstate how much we appreciate Mr. Smiths expertise and advice.
