        Utterly useless and incompetent when it comes to delivering goods in the EU, despite promises and setting a maximum order value, to supposedly avoid customs. They can't even be bothered to respond to complaints, let alone dealing with refunds. I made five orders, but only received one. Extremely poor and disappointing customer service.
