Cats Conkers Boarding Cattery

Our cat was at this cattery for 10 days. She was clearly very unwell when we collected her so we took her straight to our vets as an emergency. The vet found that our cat was severely dehydrated (impacting her liver, kidneys and bowels), shed lost weight, had blood in her urine, had a dangerously low body temperature and was so weak that she couldnt stand. Sadly, her condition was so severe that she had to be put to sleep. This was not a sudden deterioration. It took time for our cat to become so unwell and the signs would have been obvious, however the cattery did not seek advice from a vet or communicate any concerns to us save a brief message right at the end of her stay that she wasnt eating much. No cat should have to suffer as ours did, especially when in the care of someone you have put your trust in.

I wouldnt take my cats (Lola and Blue) anywhere else, the Cattery is beautiful and situated in beautiful surroundings/gardens. Lynn provides the best care for all of the cats and treats them like theyre her own. The Cattery is as it states, absolutely the cats conkers! Thank you Lynn for all of your care
