        After having a nightmare to get oil delivered by another company after 3 weeks from ordering and no sign of it eventually cancelled order and placed it with Kinch on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday. Amazing customer service and both office staff and driver could not be more helpful. an not recommend them enough.

        Have rang them to ask if I can buy kerosene from the pump I only wanted to buy 120lts for my workshop heater. Was told they pump was broken and it was getting fixed this week ! Rang them every week for 5 consecutive weeks only to be told next week ever time. Then on the fifth time was eventually told they wouldn't be fixing the pump been left with no heating for 5 weeks due to there incompetence and lies Would not recommend this company at all NOTE THE 1 i WAS NOT ABLE TO GIVE A ZERO OR I WOULD HAVE !
