        Top quality product. Best on the market. 5* service either by phone conversations or by email. Friendly and helpful and nothing was too much ask. Love the Union Jack to represent UK made nice little touch along with the engraving of names on the level.

        Full refund given, inc return postage - Scratch at end on face - Poor initial engraving - wonky 'H' - Dirt inside vial area - Rough rivet finish - Ends have a rougher finish, and a small burr This is the new pocket level, I just feel it hasn't been finished with care. Looking for a full refund / or replacement with no extra cost or faff at my end (i.e. return postage) - Note this was agreed to buy superior level.

        Its a nice level but i couldn't get on with it after trying it out for a few months. I found the vials to small and it was a pain in the neck to keep clean. I'll stick to my Stabila for now.

        I bought a set, been worst level I've owned ,I'm bricklayer , been doing it for over 40 years , owned level for just under a year, bubbles have fell out , they just mastic holding them in , very disappointed , with this product
