        The staff have almost always been friendly and helpful (accept one time). They often have things in stock and their late opening times has meant getting things late in the day when you normally wouldnt be able to.

        Not enough staff or facility's to cater for the number of apparently restricted guest 2 hour wait for food in any of the restaurants every eve due to only 3 being open No social distancing anywhere the swimming pool and changing room were a joke dirty accommodation not a lot of cleaning going on anywhere and lots of facilities/activities closed, this was are 5th a last trip to butlins
