I was on holiday couple weeks ago and sadly mum had to get a important emergency percription, Lloyds pharmacy were extremely rude to my mum made her feel very uncomfortable, and the lady even said .. you dont normally use us,
mum tried to explain that I was on holiday and always get her medicine for her, and my dad always uses Lloyds but she just glared and said something under her breath, mum then waited almost a week for her medication :(
Will never go back there again,
