What a brilliant appointment with a reluctant 16 yr!! Jackie was fantastic, lots of patience and advice on what suited him best and so many options on colours and styles. Such fantastic customer service from Liam, felt so welcome into the shop. We had a little toddler whilst who was definitely not in the most behaved toddler mode, but was really helped by Liam, and not frowned upon. Liam made us feel so comfortable and at ease, as we were apprehensive at first (felt very scary!). The suit I received was fantastic, and couldnt be happier with it. To add even more onto how impressed we were, I recently called to try and find out the size, about 3 months after getting it, which he knew from the top of his head. Can't say anything negative, would massively suggest this shop to anyone! Massive thank you! Josh (Tara's partner)
