        Last night I bought 2 lamps from them. This afternoon got a refund to my PayPal account and no email from Lighting and Lights explaining why my order had been cancelled. They removed said lamps from their website so I suppose they didn't have them in stock but still advertised and we're selling them. If I didn't pay with PayPal I would be waiting for my order to be shipped until I got refunded into my account in few days time. Very unprofessional customer service. They sell the same lights as other online shops in UK so I won't bother even looking at their website again.

        Had an outstanding service from Karen and her team in sales from start to finish. I dealt with a few of the team who answered my questions quickly, politely and efficiently and sent links for alternatives. Most helpful. When there was a slight problem with one of the products a solution was quickly put in place which I was more than happy with. Fabulous, many thanks team Lighting & Lights.
