        Quick customer service replies to questions prior to ordering. Next day delivery. There was one screw missing for the fitting bracket (pretty sure it only came with one, rather than me losing one!) emailed customer service, and the replacement screw arrived next day. Good price, quick delivery, and very happy with the light. Found it easy to fit myself (not an electrician) works well and looks great. Happy Customer.

        Purchased lights about 6 weeks or so arrived in good condition, but when inspected one small collar pendant screw ring missing, informing the shop the lady assured us it would be delivered in a few days or so still waiting.got some online but not the point.

        We are really delighted with our beautiful hand made tiffany light. The quality is very good and it arrived really well packaged and exactly like the pictures on the website.
