Once again we used James for a quote for our new composite decking we wanted laying. As always he spent time with us listening to our requirements and budget and going through different ideas with us. Marian was the fitter who did a great job. A very conscientious worker who checks in with us on the finer details we required. James checked on the progress of the job daily and made sure we were happy with the progress etc. This is the 2nd time we have used Cornerstone Projects and I would very highly recommend them for any garden projects you may have.

Where do I start , what a terrible company firstly James came around our house 6 weeks later than he agreed , our garden was then serviced for around 45 minutes before the young man who was no older than 14 had ran out of petrol for the hedge cutter he left exactly 50 minutes from getting here , 1 week later I was invoiced for 2 hours I paid this without questioning it because I assumed that cornerstones had been out again when I was not in , I went out into the back garden to realise no more work had been carried out , I told James about this on the phone and he was so rude saying that its only a small job and he didnt want to do it in the first place , I dont like to complain but in this instance I had no other choice , I have asked for the hour and 10 minutes money back but he said he needs to look through time sheets , it has been 3 weeks now and still nothing , what a terrible service. AVOID
