        Tim has been absolutely amazing, I had a no hot water to a new holiday cottage and our first guest turning up in morning. I rang Tim this morning and he said he could do after a long day elsewhere. He turned up and diagnosed the problem and was super professional and saved a bad report on a new business venture.
