        This company relined my drains but because the linings raised up each new section of pipe it caused a step where tissue and waste gets stuck causing continual blockages. Apparently they should have put in lips to prevent this. When I approached the company, this was the owners response; Dear Brigitte I have done my part and taken a look at the drains and there is no issue that needs to be rectified. The guarantee is against defects not blockages. I will not be taking any more action. From our point your account is on hold any way as you have not paid for the CCTV carried out.
