Contacted them as we were needed a survey done quickly and other quotes we received did not have availability for over 4 weeks. Contacted MBI, their quotes were similar to other quotes and better availability. They arranged and completed the survey and turned a thorough, over 100 page report around two days after the survey was completed. Very responsive to emails and great communication throughout.
