    I purchased my Jaguar XJ from Marshalls about a month ago its fantastic although the dr8vers heated seat wasn't working I contacted Marshalls and the problem was resolved quickly and without drama under the warranty I cannot fault the customer service excellent

    Friendly staff who are polite and knowledgeable about the products and aren't pushy. So far the car I bought has been faultless and hopefully that continues but I feel confident that any issues will be sorted quickly and efficiently should they arise.

    XE went in for service, impeccable staff, polite & well informed. However, 2 days later an error appeared on cars computer. I phoned to say this had happened, was fobbed off with operator saying that they would find a slot for me, only to add that it would cost 200 an hour labour charge, plus fix fault. !! Not impressed.

    Welcoming staff. Car went in for annual service (completed no problems so happy with that part) and for electrical investigation works (paid extra) as occasionally car won't start. No courtesy cars available so had to hire my own. Waited 2 weeks for car to be returned. Told all resolved, paid and collected car, only for same issue to happen following day. Stranded, albeit at home. Was asked to bring car to dealership so they could investigate. Got it started and now with dealer again. Still no courtesy car so still hiring personally....3rd week now, unhappy! Feeling very disappointed by service received. I'm having to chase for updates plus have the on-going cost of a hire car. Shame Marshalls can't borrow a courtesy car from within their own group, especially as there are 2 other dealerships in their group next door.

    Very disappointed after a good theoric service. The sales man absolutely amazing attention during all process of purchase, that's what I thought until I gone pick up the car. But once I go collect the car I discovered details that the car hadn't when i been there the first time. 1.)We arranged that the steering wheel buttons should be changed because they were in not too good condition. Surprise?? They only changed one side and painted the other side buttons. 2.)The front bumper totally misalignment after change the cambelt ( in theory). 3.)The car came back to me with one noise when start the car that it hasn't when i tested the car before formalize the purchase. Could be after change the cambelt. 4.)After check the engine bay I discovered that they are Jaguar dealer and they done the cam belt in another garage and with Dayco cambelt ( the biggest rubbish in the market) and they not changed the tensioners, pulleys or drive belt. ALL THIS SHOULD BE CHANGED WHEN DO THE CAMBELT . I KNOW ALL THAT I WROTE BECAUSE I AM NEARLY 20 YEARS REPAIRING CARS After see all this, I decided check the rest of the components of the service. Both air filters been totally clean and the engine oil was good as well, but about the fuel filter I can't say the same. They are Jaguar dealer, they do theory services in their installations and they sent my car to another garages???? 5.) The left mirror dimming wasn't working. All perfect unless the dimming function. All this was already solved by me and the bumper is aligned again, but not for that i finished happy with the service after drive nearly 2 hours for go to pick up one car. Now i am very happy with the car, but very disappointed with the experience in one garage that have premium cars
