Good choice but slow service. Please improve the speed of service, people are in a hurry for a train. Thank you.

Went for a latte and wanted to use my 1 off voucher today ( the one that is available just today! ). I only selected this one when scanning the code from the Costa app. I was asked if I wanted to use my voucher, I said yes but they took one of my free drinks vouchers instead. The other barista noticed the error made by the person at the till and even said "No, not that one!" but then proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do since it "just went through the system"! So basically I lost the 1 off voucher ( which again, is only available for today ) and used a free drink voucher without wanting to do so. The attitude of the barista was very poor, she basically said I didn't loose anything because it was a free drink. It was a free drink I earned! Very, very dissapointed!

I commute twice a week and I start with hubspot Costa nearby station and I would strongly recommend this place just because of the service which I get every time. Special mention to Akash,who serve me most of the time,for his utmost charm and desire to satisfy customer need and the way he attend customer is commendable. Cheers guys

Have commuted to Cambridge from London to work for a few days and both members of staff have been very lovely each time I go!
